The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, providing us with useful information about local attractions and even printing bus timetables for us. The hotel had an excellent German cuisine and a lively atmosphere during dinner. The outside dinner area was always full, creating a vibrant atmosphere with other guests, families, and locals. The hotel's central location made it easy to access most attractions with a simple bus ride.

Nothing all excellent.

During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that was excellently positioned within a charming locality. The area was easy to navigate and had a range of amenities that were more than adequate. The rooms were spacious, welcoming, and neat. The staff were obliging, always keen to help and were available most of the time. Having access to a highly rated restaurant within the hotel was quite convenient. I also enjoyed the varied menu, which included some of the regional dishes.

It is noteworthy that even though the hotel was positioned on the outskirts of town, it came with the disadvantage of noisy surroundings which, at times, could be quite distracting. However, in hindsight, this was not an issue as my room was set away from the main road.

The best location in the Harz Region! A cozy little town offers everything you need for a wonderful break. the hotel is highly maintained, very clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! And the best part is the regional delights that you can taste at your leisure. Yummy!

The decor was very old fashioned, but nothing unusual in this part of the world. No tea or coffee facilities in the room, which is a bit of a bummer for a coffee lover like myself.
